Whimsical offers three pricing plans: Starter, Pro, and Org.
- The Starter plan is free and is best for individual users, offering unlimited personal files, unlimited shared docs, and three team boards for collaboration.
- The Pro plan costs $10 per month (or $12 per editor billed monthly) and is designed for collaborative teams. It includes unlimited shared files, 2000 AI actions per editor per month, and premium support.
- The Org plan costs $20 per month (per editor) and provides extra security features such as SAML SSO, user provisioning, and private teams. It also includes 4000 AI actions per editor per month.
Whimsical contributes 1% of its revenue to fund carbon removal projects, and viewers and guests are free to use the platform.
